We at Peakkwear are dedicated to making sure you are happy with the high-quality clothes we sell.  This Warranty Policy tells you what you can do if you get a broken or defective product.

 1. What the warranty covers

 Under UK law, all products bought from Peakkwear come with a legal warranty.

 This warranty covers problems with the way the item was made, like broken zippers, bad stitching, or damaged materials.

 The warranty does not cover:

 Normal wear and tear

 Damage that happens when things are used wrong, by accident, or not taken care of properly

 Changes or modifications made by the customer

 2. Time of Warranty

 Customers can tell the company about problems with their product within 14 days of getting it.

 Claims made after this time may not be covered by the warranty, unless the law says they have to be.

 3. How to File a Warranty Claim

 Please email us at contact@Peakkwear.shop with your order number and a full description of the problem.

 Add clear pictures of the broken item.

 Our customer service team will look over your claim and tell you how to send the item back if you need to.

 4. Solutions

 Depending on the warranty claim, Peakkwear will:

 Fix the broken item

 Get a new one to replace the broken one.

 Give a full refund if it is not possible to fix or replace it.

 5. Shipping back for warranty claims

 If the product is broken, we will send you a prepaid shipping label so you can send it back.

 Customers don't have to pay for shipping costs that come up when they make a valid warranty claim.
